West Coast Fresh Hop IPA with 25 lbs/bbl of Citra hops harvested the morning we brewed with them! We then dry hopped with 301 Citra.

On tap at The Beer Junction, Seattle.
There's a lot to like about this FH IPA, starting with the look (clear yellow-orange, with some bubbles and nice lacing) and the smell (lots of good Citra). The taste doesn't quite live up to the smell. There's something slightly off about the overall taste, although I can't quite put my finger on it. But it went from "Oh WoW" on the smell, to just "Oh..." on the taste. Still, a pretty good FH IPA, but not the knockout I was hoping for.
