Pitch black body, brown collar, spotted lazy lacing here and there. Smell is enticing with the cinnamon, chocolate, and coffee really bonding as one. Taste is more cinnamon heavy than expect, really stay on the palate forever, finishes metallic unfortunately. While cinnamon is on this journey, coffee, then dark and semi-sweet chocolate, and finally roasted malt take turns meeting it. Body is light for an imperial, cinnamon thins a bit, cloys a little, good textures from adjunct however upon the smooth malt. Solid beer, great cause

Canned 7/15/20; drank 7/19/20 @ the Yarchives.
Black appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge, noisy dark tan head which quickly dissipated; almost no lace.
Dark roast coffee bean, cinnamon, fresh earth & dark chocolate notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Dark roast coffee bean & dark chocolate flavors up front; fresh earth, creamy wheat & mild cinnamon notes on the finish. Almost no booze heat.
Robust and drinkable; not going to change your life, but it's worth a quaff.
