Keep Floating represents our passion for experimentation. We put together a crisp & refreshing base, fermented it with a pseudo-lager yeast strain, dialed-in just the right amount of hop bitterness, and then dry-hopped it to the moon with the dankest hops we could find. Never settle for ordinary, just keep floating.

I'm not sure what a cold IPA is but this is one. On the pour the color looked off. But it actually wasn't too bad. It had a lot of pine in the aroma and some bitterness and some resinous to it. But there was also a bit of juiciness and it had a pretty crisp finish.

16oz can
4-pack holder date stamped 042321
L: hazy golden-orange body; rocky ivory head holds good retention
S: mango, tangerine, pine, grain
T: candied mango, pungent pine, grapefruit & tangerine rind, lightly caramelized grain
F: medium body, assertive & resinous bitterness, moderate carbonation, finish is slightly cleaner than the usual IPA
O: good flavors with this one; not sure I would have picked up on the pseudo-lager yeast strain if I wasn’t told ahead of time
