Pours a completely opaque bright pink color. Thinnish white head forms on the beer before fizzling out.
Aroma has notes of bright sweet raspberries, sweet cream and vanilla - a little sweet and a little sour.
Taste follows the nose with the notes of raspberry and vanilla ice cream clearly coming through giving it this raspberry sherbert character. Its mildly sour, moderately sweet, and very refreshing.
Feel is medium to fuller bodied. Tart enough to produce a palpable feel on the palate, but not enough to truly pucker up. Bright, spritzy carbonation.
Overall a lovely, delicious fruited sour. I am not generally a big fan of these, but this one is outstanding.
