Pours an orange yellow with little head. Very hazy. The nose is delicate; fruity? The taste is definitely carrots, sweet, ginger. I get a hint of coconut as well. Medium bodied with virtually no carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking, definitely reminds me of carrot cake.
