Two months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy light yellow with a pillowy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. A few floaters visible.
S: Mild notes of fresh citrus fruits. Hoppy and a bit malty. Slightly grassy.
T: Grassy, slightly herbal body with hints of ripe citrus fruits and white grapes. More malty than hoppy. More Lager than IPA. Slightly sweet with almost no bitterness.
F: Crisp and crushable. Quite full and even a bit creamy. Medium carbonation.
O: Looks and feels like another world class Pale Ale from Fidens, but unfortunately it neither smells nor tastes like one. Much lighter than expected and overall rather leaning towards a Lager. That being said, it’s very crushable and makes for a perfect thirst quencher in the warmer months.
