Copenhagen 25/6 2023. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Purple can with a drawing of some rustic micro brewery equipment.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a pleasant sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with an acerbic citric scent of citrus fruit. A little bit searing. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine trees.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lightly searing. Finish is dry.
A quite delicious and wholesome DIPA.

Canned 8/19/24.
L: Pours an opaque yellow with a short white head that immediately thins to a film on top but leaves a small ring around the glass. Minimal lacing.
S: Delightful aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon-lime, and pineapple.
T: Lots of citrus up front, then white grape. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with grapefruit flavor. The white grape becomes more dominant as the beer warms. Some late heat.
F: Medium mouthfeel. Medium to low carbonation. A bit scratchy on the throat.
O: As NEDIPAs go, this is very good. But as Fidens NEDIPAs go, it's a notch or two below their best. The aroma delivers, but the flavor doesn't quite match.

This is a beauty. Cloudy pale gold (really yellow) pour with a bubbly two-finger cap of foam that lasts and laces. Very juicy, great almost pulpy mouthfeel and silky down the hatch. Flavors of mango, melon and white grapes. Excellent Fidens beer that gives Triple Farmer a run for its money.

This one pours a very golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like caramelized pineapple, mango nectar, and grapefruit.
Like pretty much everything Fidens does, this is an unadulterated juice bomb. There’s very little bitterness but it’s also not too sweet, luckily. There’s a very smooth softness on the finish.
This is super juicy on the palate, fruit flavors galore, with a high level of drinkable, and a soft creamy finish.
This doesn’t taste all that different from the rest of the Fidens DIPAs, but it’s quite tasty all the same.

Pours a murky orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, sweet and a bit spicy. Notes of mango, melon, orange juice, gooseberries, grapes and peach.
Taste is juicy, sweet and intense. Notes of melon, gooseberries, grapefruit and grapes. Soft, but clear bitterness and some spicy and peppery hints before a dry finish with a slight hop burn.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, smooth, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, an amazing DIPA, the slight hop burn keeps it from full marks.

From a 2-week-old can, pours a very hazy yellow-orange. Off-white head leaves good lacing. Smell features white grape, citrus and melon. Taste follows. Solid NEIPA.

Sweet tropical hoppy, hint of white wine grape, slightly malty, and an orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical-fruity hoppy and a grapefruit citrus bitter finish. The hop expression is lacking just a bit with this one, but the mouthfeel is fantastic! Good stuff!

Pours a turbid pineapple color with a creamy white head that provides significant lacing. The nose is that ubiquitous Fidens “dank citrus bomb” which leans heavily in this case on passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, and mango.
The taste is very balanced, juicy, and DANK, with loads of lychee and passion fruit up front, and pineapple, mango, and a bit of creamy oats for balance. Absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and on the creamy side, a perfect fit for this beer. Another outstanding offering from Fidens.
