Introducing Lilac DIPA (Eight Point One Percent) Formerly known as Socratic Questioning Ten. The one you never had because we lost power during active fermentation and sent the batch down the drain. Lilac is a favorite flower of somebody important to us so we had to rebrew it and give it this name. #fidensfamily

Really beautiful IPA. Not too hazy or fruity, but has the promise of both. A complex and lovely beer worth seeking, as are many from Fidens. A pleasant step away from the juice bombs, but only a step.

16oz. Can into a Fuzzy pint.
Pours an opaque dense orange. Thick and creamy 1 finger white head with layered lace. Nose is pungent. Overripe. Tropical fruit cheesy. Hints of papaya, peach, and pineapple with a tickle of citrus. Very aromatic. Beer opens big papaya notes. Also get touches of overripe pineapple, onion, and juicy white peach. Cane sugar and sweet cream in the middle. Citrus fruit acidity and more peach flesh at the finish. Really nice. Body is light to medium with moderate carbonation. Soft and chewy on the palate and goes down soft and dry with a lingering aftertaste.
This one's fantastic. Love the overripe fruit and super soft feel.
