Since I have gotten away from ipas I actually have never had anything from fidens until now. They got me because I was told this was a pale ale... what I didn't realize is this is a NEPA. All well here it goes! Hazy yellow body with a great white head and tons of lacing. Fruity aromas lead the nose: white grape, passion fruit, orange, grapefruit with a balance strike of pine on the finish. Taste is juicy with these fruits plus some general tropical tones, piney hops poke through but are appropriately lighter. Smooth and juicy with bitters adding up in a satisfying, well made

From a 16oz can dated 09/19 in 2023. Pours a very hazy, opaque pale yellow. Lots of dank notes on the nose and palate. Remarkably flavorful pale ale at 5.2% abv. One of the best I’ve had from Fidens. Excellent!
