We wanted to introduce you to a variant we are excited to create. Jasper With Eggers Special DIPA (Seven Point Eight Percent) with Citra and Egger's Special hops. Egger's Special has been described by the growers as “Next Level Riwaka”. These hops are second generation from a single mother plant picked out of 24,000 specimens. It has notes of intense lime zest, grapefruit and sweet orange with a tropical aroma.

Pours milky glug glug golden yellow impenetrable to light with a soft head that settled quickly. Scintillating aroma of grapefruit, tropical, sweet passion fruit, pineapple. Taste follows with delightful limey zest, resinous dank, a great combo, as I contemplate the flavors become a sweeter pineapple and the dank balances, and the aroma only gets better. Smooth, soft, balanced, minimal smacky, minimal salivary ache. Super awesome!
