As promised, a big, hoppy TIPA in collaboration with Sapwood Cellars! This Rye TIPA (Ten Percent) is heavily hopped with Nelson and Riwaka. Thank you to the Scott and Mike for hanging with us, brewing some beer and being such awesome people.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly nutty malty, white wine grape, and a grapefruit citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly malty, Nelson hoppy, and a grapefruit citrus bitter finish! This is so soft on the palate! And, it helps accentuate the hop expression of the Nelson and Riwaka. This is delicious!
