Sweet and smooth, Nelson hoppy white wine grape, slightly malty, a hint of gin-like booze, and a citrus hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with a murky-soft and creamy, Nelson hoppy, a touch boozy, and a grapefruit citrus hoppy bitter finish. Wow! This is the softest/smoothest on the palate quad that I have ever had! Usually with the increase in ABV, you get a thin to medium-bodied mouthfeel...not with this one! Of course, as it warms, the bigboi ABV comes out more and interferes a bit with the hop expression. But, for what it is, this is much better than I was expecting! Very good!
