Copenhagen 11/4 2026. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers webshop. A guy riding a bike seen from behind on the red and pink can.
Pours opaque, milky golden yellow with a dirty streak. Huge white head. Stable. Settles as a several centimeters thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of fermented tropical fruit mingling with subtle citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Hint of decay. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a little viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet fermented undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry yet fruity.
Another potent ride from Fidens.
