We're excited to welcome back Socratic Questioning. This series gives us room to explore new techniques as we continue pushing our beer forward.
For Socratic Questioning 61, we stepped away from our traditional 2-row grain bill and took a different path. SQ61 is built on an all-pilsner base, complemented by higher percentages of flaked oats and chit malt than we typically use.
For hops, we leaned on some of our favorites: our selected Coleman Citra, 2025 Galaxy, and Krush Cryo. We're thrilled with how this beer came together-it might be our most drinkable triple yet. The pilsner malt lightens the body, and the hop expression is incredibly vibrant. We're excited to bring this series back and to see where the exploration takes us.
