Advent day 3
Beautiful clear straw colour, with lovely head, enough strength to rise above the glass, leaves some bits of lacing.
Smell is unambiguous hoppy lager/cold IPA.
Usual herbal/floral note of lagering, and punchy fresh citrus and touch southern hemisphere aroma.
Taste very much follows from the smell. Dry, maybe a touch of short lived bitterness.
Feel is actually great. Advertises itself as a happy pilsner, but this has way too much body to be a pilsner. Far from DIPA/TIPA, but it has way more body than a beer this ABV and clarity should ever be able to achieve.
