Just brought home from Fidens Albany pours Forsythea flower yellow with a slight haze, creamy head with a shiny sheen. Aroma is lemony zest, classic Centenial grapefruit, pine, . Taste follows presenting the classic wcipa: grapefruit lemon, pine, some spicy earthiness, excellent bitter. Medium smaky num num nums, mild salivary ache, really delightful. Chinook, Centenial, Cascade hops profile makes for a classic style. It’s great!
