Effervescent clear gold body with a white cap. Smell has oak, barrel funk, flowers, lemon, green apple, and pithy grapefruit. Taste fits into this theme, oak more expressive with the fruits, add flavors of honeydew, grass and light lime, with a hint of salt, all in a bright and subtly tart body with a higher level of carbonation. Looking forward to more from this sister brewery of afterthought
