Hatch Brewery

Thos is a boutique brewpub like location. The brewery itself does not have a tasting room. The food is very good and on spicy side so the malty based beers act as an offset instead of soda. The israeli beer scene is similar. With emphasis on drinkability, and lower carbonation. Worth a stop if in the are. For draft or a seasonsl bottle.

The "brewery" is located as a larger stall in the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. A bit of a hole in the wall like all the stall restaurants here. While the beer mediocre, the service is extraordinary friendly and attentive. The sandwiches are very good. The wings, while small, were well flavored.
