"A blend of 8 month aged imperial breakfast stout barrels. Sweet rich vanilla from bourbon casks is balanced by drier more vinous character and slight smoke from the second fill of a virgin oak barrel that previously held our 2019 strong smoked ale. The end result has taken on plenty of rich liquorice and molasses." OLI 2020
