Sight: Thick tan head, dark amber body w/ ruby highlights
Aroma: Caramel, toffee, malty sweetness, booze, fruit, wood
Taste: Sweet, almost buttery. A tart start, with a flash of apple in the middle. Rum notes. Sweet finish.
Feel: Thin but CREAMY body (due to cask?) very smooth.
Overall: Fun take on the Wee Heavy style. Great dessert beer.
