Dark amber copper color. Off white head that turned into a circular film around the glass.

Caramel and citrus, nut much else.

Some citrus, caramel and some chocalate. Quite an interesting taste. Simple -- yet not.

Light to medium body, carbonation is medium. Slips down quite easy.

This is a nice tasting October Fest beer. It does have that crisp clean lager taste. Another fine beer from Krogh's and maybe their best seasonal.

Very nice looking beer, rich amber with a brilliant orange shimmer. It was topped by a brief creamy collar. Smelled rather pleasant with a touch of sourness. It pretty much tasted exactly the same. Very simple beer without any malt depth, and WHERE’S THE VIENNA? I probably would not get this again, but not because there was anything wrong with it. At least it wasn’t served in a frosty glass (only because I asked).

a nice dark amber. it smells right on, a little sweet and malty.
the taste is pretty darn good. it is nice and rich. sweet maltiness is balanced by hops to make a good october, and yes they do spell it with a "c" there. i got this in a 2 Liter Premium Growler, and it had a very noticeable metallic taste to it. it hurt it a little, but it was still a fine beer.
