OUR ETHOS

At Carnival we celebrate modern beer, its lineage, people who love well crafted and original ales, and those who in the industry who inspired us to start the business we're now building.

We want to share our passion with friends old and new, customers who want to try something new and people who share our values.

In December 2019, we finally opened our new brewery and tasting room situated right in the middle of Liverpool's UNESCO World Heritage Site waterfront. The tasting room showcases our beers fresh from the brewery, while providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers.

Our beers reflect our personalities, our passion for the craft of beer making and the wonderful ingredients we have at our disposal to make a wide range of beer styles.
