16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a good-sized, off-white head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, pineapple, mango and orange with a piney aroma. Sweet tropical fruit taste with a piney bitterness and caramel backbone.

Look...popcorn color yellow and you cannot see through this beer . Perfect white frothy head
Smell...hoppy light smell of citrus. Not too strong of smell
Taste...A piney hoppy bright start. I assume the used Galaxy hops??? Not a hop expert but think their are some hops in there anyway. This is a citrus juicy beer with pith about. n a good inviting finish and never sweet. Reminds almost of a Lagunitas IPA type finish,
Feel...Juicy pulp with a slight bit of lacing on the glass as the beer slides down
Overall...nothing crazy but definitely well made. An exact (for me) taste of a 7 percent juicy IPA, Good price, good beer, and looking forward to more of their beers

I was wow’d by this beer! Pours a beautiful golden yellow opaque haze. Thick lasting white fluffy head, tiny bubbles. On the nose, wonderful pineapple mango orange. A tremendous bouquet. Taste: perfect. Well balanced, pineapple melon orange. Smooth, not astringent or anything. Feel: pillowy fluffiness reaches every taste receptor of your mouth, and runs off the tongue like a silky waterfall. Not cloying, not chalky, just perfect feel. Overall: one of my favorite beers ever. IMHO Timber is up there with the big legends Tree House and Trillium. I’ve loved everything from these folks.

Pint can served in a pint glass. Beer is clouds of an unbelievably pale blond yellow color. Fitting of the name. Looks like thick pulpy grapefruit juice toped with a layer of fine white foam. Aroma has a bit more tropical fruit. Flavor has a pleasing bitter hop presence but also loads of fruity, juicy flavors. More pineapple than pine and more apricot than grapefruit zest. Outstanding mouthfeel too, with just enough fizz to complement the hop edge and enough body to really feel substantial without becoming chewy or at all syrupy.

Can is dated 3/22/21 -- pretty fresh considering it was shipped from New Haven, CT! The can also reports it was brewed and packaged by Timber Ales, distributed by Twelve Percent, and was brewed in collaboration with Casa Agria.

For an old can this still drank like a hop juice. Can dated 2/11/20 consumed on 7/20/20. Citrus and tropical fruit heavy with a subtle pine kick/finish. Medium bodied with a soft and juicy finish. Zero malt presence at just over 5 months old. I wonder how good it is fresh?!
