A Northeast IPA whose mouthfeel does not suffer from the excessive smoothness or chalkiness that comes with many beers in this style. Juicy but with a wonderful resinous hoppiness that creates balance and the right dryness and slightly biting finish.

Yeah this is a fantastic NEIPA!! Finally something close to on par with Treehouse that I can get here in Chicago! Very good, even better than Insomniac's Daydream which is my only other offering from them.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge fo the glass and some lacing clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose along with notes of lychee and hints of mango.
T: The taste is mostly dominated by flavors of gooseberries along with hints of lychee.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I particularly liked the combination of gooseberries and lychees in this juicy New England IPA.

a: super hazy muted matte orange and yellow with a .5 finger solid off-white head
s: ripe mango, apricot, tangerine, orange pith, creamsicle, a touch of vanilla. some dough and sweet melon with cantaloupe. passionfruit, and a touch of sweet malt
t: sweet melon, ripe mango and pineapple, and some sweet malt. a touch of astringent alcohol in the middle. a little chalky too. passionfruit, honeydew, and orange juice. some dry crackers at the end
m: medium fluffy mouthfeel with low-medium carbonation
o: this beer is definitely more along the lines of a NEIPA. it's hazy, no bitterness and has a bunch of ripe tropical fruit. easy to drink with a nice hop combo, just a touch too chalky - but that doesn't kill anything for me
