Muddied haze in appearance with a just cut fruity, citra palate.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark yellow in color and has some notes of brownish hues. It poured with a short white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of kumquat are present in the nose along with hints of gooseberry.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of lime along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer drinks rather well for an Imperial IPA and does a good job at showcasing the kumquat-like aromas and flavors of Riwaka hops in the smell and taste.
