16 oz. can. Murky deep brown. Smells of vanilla and caramel and milk chocolate. Tastes very sweet. Strong vanilla and caramel. Sweet milk chocolate and a hint of coffee. Bitter vanilla finish. Quite sweet and boozy. Way too sweet.

The pour is stout black with one of the darkest brown heads I’ve ever seen. Sadly it dissipated almost immediately. No lacing but a definite film is left behind.
The taste leads with caramel amped up with vanilla. Chocolate followed closely, and if there is coffee in there it is some of the mildest coffee ever.
I’m making it sound sweet and it is, but not as sweet as it sounds. I even detected a little bitter edge at one point before the caramel jumped onto it and beat it to submission.
The feel is appropriately viscous, thin enough to quaff easily (and likely too quickly) but enough body to carry the flavors.

Pours a deep motor oil black, nice and thick, thumb sized coco head falls quick. Only spotty lace.
Aroma is rich roasted malts, loads of caramel, loads of vanilla, big chocolate notes, light pepper notes even though it's not listed. Most is rich smooth and wonderful.
Taste like the nose but not as intense or good but still nice. Roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, vanilla light spicy notes. Smooth brew just not a rich as the nose.
Mouthfeel is big chewy, smooth carbonation.
Overall a good stout, wonderful nose good flavor.

Beautiful can, nice wispy purple flowers adorning a midnight backset, excellent artwork. Pours out dark roasted coffee brown. Smell is mostly chocolate. Taste is full and complex, and I would say everything it says on the can can be said here in my review: caramel, coffee, vanilla. Also chocolate. Plenty of chocolate. This is a collaboration between two breweries. Taste is a little on the sweet side, so I probably will only drink just one. Most definitely a dessert beer. Mouthfeel is medium syrupy thick. Overall pretty good. Nothing outstanding or special, but a solid beer for a Tuesday night!

A little too "green bell pepper" forward for my tastes.

Look: It pours black with a very dark brown head. Head retention is excellent.
Smell: Strong coffee aromas with a hint of pepper. There are also vanilla notes in the background with very low sweetness and chocolate.
Taste: There are chocolate flavors with coffee and a bit of sweetness up front. There are some low vanilla elements with a very low burnt touch. Caramel flavors are also very low.
Feel: It has a silk smooth texture. It's finish is neutral in balance between the sweetness and bitterness.
Overall, well done with the sweetness not being out of balance with the other elements in the beer.
