On tap at Moor Room in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like candied orange, pineapple, passionfruit, white grape, and some light florals.
This is definitely nice, as befitting a collab between two never heavyweights in the Northeast. It’s not ridiculous or anything, but what IPA could even be considered ridiculous anymore? It’s soft, juicy, and with just the slightest hint of bitterness on the back end.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and quite drinkable.
This will scratch the itch if you have the need for this style, but it’s not 100% better because it’s a collab with Fidens and Timber. It’s just good on its own merit.
