Our second single barrel project coming out next month also uses the base from our collab with @alsoknownasbt.
Green Wax Borrowed Brilliance spent 22 months aged in a 13yr Old Forester single barrel. The end product is something unique for OF barrels, giving off heavy notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla and of course some dark fruit.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt, barrel char, vanilla, dark and dense chocolate fudge, coffee, and caramel.
Like pretty much every Timber beer that I’ve had so far, this is pretty brilliant with an aggressive but delightful barrel character. There’s dark chocolate covered peanut brittle here, with some caramel, with espresso bark, tobacco, and charred marshmallows. It’s all so tasty.
This is medium bodied, with a nice warming heat without any too much overt booziness.
I can’t stop enjoying Timber barrel aged beers. They are my favorite new brewery out there by far.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
