Fairly hazy maize with a short, bubbly white head.
Corn with a touch of toffee ride a soft crispness as honey graham and a floral hint come out in the surprisingly dry finish.

a: cloudy burnt copper color with a 3 finger off-white frothy head
s: crisp earthy hops and some sharp orange zest. grapefruit and lemongrass with coriander spice, sweet grains, and a nice bready backbone
t: earthy grains that offer a little sweetness along with just a hint of caramel. some herbal tea leaf bitterness behind that along with some faint bitter grapefruit notes. sweet bread crust along with some mellow orange juice. coriander spice and lemongrass at the close to offer some nice balance
m: ligher side of medium mouthfeel with strong carbonation
o: this is a fantastic example of the style IMO. earthy, bready, and a bit of citrus and bitterness. really really nice stuff
