This one pours a nice dark brown color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like charred oak, caramelized dark fruit, toffee, burnt sugar, and oak.
There’s a lot of barrel character here, and it’s definitely strong, but doesn’t taste that boozy, with wonderfully complex notes of maple, toffee, brown sugar, oak, vanilla, and some un-barleywine-like chocolate notes.
This is thick but not syrupy, and warming but not boozy, with a nice drinkability.
This series is absolutely high end and top notch.

Much thx to PhineasMcClintock for sharing this beer.
A - Dark brown pour with no lacing and no carbonation.
S - Big sugary sticky spicy boozy aroma.
T - Big toasted toffee base with some boozy spicy base.
M - Big silky, viscous, leaves a layer of sticky syrup on the lips with warming in the back of the throat.
O - Worth checking out.
