Barrel No 110 is an Imperial Stout aged for 27 months in a Weller Full Proof barrel selected by our friends.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like leather, tobacco, very dark chocolate, roasted malt, a little bit of smoke, charred marshmallow, caramel, and vanilla.
The barrel reserve series here by Timber is always some of their absolute best stuff, and this is no exception. It’s super chocolatey, like the highest quality very dark chocolate, with lots of roasted malt, and a really excellent spicy barrel character. There’s some very light caramel and vanilla notes as it warms up a bit.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and not boozy at all.
