Received at Christmas 2022. Drunk in January 2023.
L: Crystal clear, golden yellow. The chill haze on the glass is the only thing stopping perfect clarity. There's a thin covering on foam. Carbonation is clearly evident as the bubbles race up the centre of the glass. Looks exactly like a lager.
S: Clean, grainy malt with slightest floral hop and yeast profile.
T: Very, very clean, sweet malt base, a slight yeast note and floral/earthy hops that turn to citrus on the swallow.
M: Carbonation is medium and prickle is quite high on the swallow.
O: This is a very solid lager. Nothing particularly stands out, which is a good thing and indicates a beer working to its strength: being an easy-drinking, uncomplicated beer.
Cheers!

375ml can, best before 20/10/2020. Poured into a tulip.
Look: a clear golden yellow. About 3cm of fluffy white head. Decent retention, but eventually falls to a thin film. Looks good.
Smell: sweet, honey, a little grainy and possibly a slight herbal hop at the end. A little plain but that seems to be what it is going for.
Taste: like the smell, but a little less sweet. A touch of malt and a little grain, then some generic herbally hop and bitterness.
Feel: lighter bodied but not watery. Tingly carbonation and a nice rounding bitterness. Dry finish.
Overall: solid attempt at a macro style beer. Easy to drink and not much going on.
