Notes: Brewed with Centennial, Columbus, Citra, and Mosaic hops and an unspecified version of Kviek yeast.
Look: The body is a cloudy golden beneath a short head of bright white foam.
Smell: Sweet malt with pineapple and citrus.
Taste: The flavor adds some nectarine, pine, orange, and mango. A firm bitterness balances it and leads it to a mainly dry conclusion.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently zesty.
Overall: A pleasant, nicely balanced, and highly drinkable NEIPA that actually has some bitterness to it.
