Named after the 13th-century Houska Castle in the Czech Republic, this pale lager is built on floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt with a touch of Carahell for balance. Generously hopped with Czech-grown Most, it pours bright and crisp with lively floral and citrus notes, a soft malt backbone, and a classic Czech bitterness.

This is a great lager. The nose brings notes of lemon zest, cereal, & sweet malt. Palate crisp & predominantly bitter, with a great brightness on the mid-palate to accompany citrus rind & a touch of floral hops. Clean, bitter finish.
