Originally brewed in August of 2021, our Batch 100 English-style old ale has risen to cast oaken shadows upon palates and minds after 15 months’ rest in Prairie Fire Port barrels sourced from our friends at Glacial Till.
A malt-heavy nod to the passage of time outlined in red berries and oak, brimming with brûléed sugar, sticky toffee, & inescapable pits of residual molasses left behind by the addition of devastatingly heavy black treacle.
