Lovely location in this small Idaho town. Love and sweat was put into the restoration, turning the old hardware store into a chic microbrewery. Most of the buildings character is now on display. Small amount of taps, small menu too. Did not eat. Friendly owner.

this place is awesome, definitely a destination unless you happen to be one of the maybe couple of hundred people that live in this isolated sleepy little town. i was traveling from lewiston, and am real glad i made the trip. this is in a gorgeous old brick building right downtown, beautifully restored inside, its cozy and clean and old timey feeling, but bright and upbeat feeling, some old farm implements and iron tools line the walls, a gorgeous bar in the back, a partially open kitchen, and then a humble brewing space behind the bar, its warm and pleasant and nice in here, frontier feeling, welcoming. they have a reasonable list of beers in here, neither too many or too crazy, but i settled into a very well made oatmeal stout and a decent pale ale as well. nothing radical on the menu, but something for everyone still, and the beers i had were quite good. the food menu looked fantastic too, and the food coming out looked great, but i had already eaten by the time i got in here. the service was fine, not real personable, and a little distracted by a pretty busy bar room, they probably could have had another person working on a saturday afternoon, but she was nice enough and all. this was a great place to hang out and relax with a few pints, feels very old school idaho, almost immediately nostalgic without being cheap or forced, i liked the vibe in here a whole lot. well worth the pretty drive!
