On cask at the Pearl brewpub.
Mahogany with a thin beige head. Nose is toasty, caramel like with butterscotch, heather, minty hops. Palate opens mildly sweet with burnt sugar, toffee, earth, and a little grass. Light in body with soft carbonation and a light but drying finish with brown sugar. A tad watery.
