On tap at the Pearl Brewpub.
Clear yellow. Nose is full on grape assault from the Nelson sauvin with peach, honey, and lots of citrus and a little pine. Palate is all hops. Mildly bitter with pine and grapefruit before layers of grape, peach, citrus and a little perfume take over. No malt character, this beer is bone dry and mildly bitter. A touch overcarbonated and watery as well. The mouthfeel detracts from the great flavor here.
