Our take on Vienna Lager is that of a beer rooted in harmonious balance. Crisp, but yet malt forward with a subtle noble hop note. A beautiful beer much like the city it's named after.

Clear classic amber with a white head of moderate height clinging in thick, creamy arms.
Softly frothy, almost creamy, with a nutty malt and a pleasantly drying leafy tang.

Look: Bronze-copper in color with a huge billowing white head that swells and holds, eventually and slowly settling down and leaving behind great lacing as it does
Aroma: Freshly baked bread, toasted bread crust, toffee, cereal grains, some floral hops, dough, and a little malt sweetness
Taste: Layers of bread-heavy malt pile on to start this off and quickly develop and accentuate each other in the process. Floral hops and light toffee appear in compliments from time to time and closes with dough, crust, and rich bready goodness
Mouthfeel: Full but light, very clean throughout, medium-high carbonation, and a clean and crisp finish
Overall: I dig it. I love a good Vienna and this one is well-made, tasty, and hitting the spot tonight. Plenty of malt flavor/aroma with lots of depth and though I think the hop component has faded some, it’s still there and not what I look for being prominent in this style anyways. Definitely worth the purchase and try, especially in this somewhat Vienna-lager-barren beer environment

Had on tap. Clear golden body with a white cap and lacing. Smells of toast, nuts, and light caramel with plenty of traditional malt and yeast backing. Taste adds some biscuit but otherwise the same. Clean, classic, crisp and smooth all in a well balanced body. The wife liked it
