fresh and modern clear ipa here, still rather low bitterness in favor of dry hopping, but the hop profile is diverse and cohesive, tropical and bright, and this was a fun pint. its got a southern hemisphere flare to it, lime leaf and melon notes, maybe faint green onion, big tangerine, a flash of coconut flesh, great combination of hops here, and nicely dosed, this doesnt approach green or bitey at all. i like the clarity, its rare these days, and seemingly with these varietals. a nice looking golden brew with a short white head from the tap, some shine, good carbonation, and not a ton of grain character in the flavor, just enough structure to hold up the hops. light honey and biscuit notes in the middle, dry by the finish, and clean on the ferment, this is quite professionally made. the vehicle seems right for these hops, and they pop from front to back, a long flavor journey for a beer this light overall. cantaloupe, pineapple, honeysuckle, sweet orange, its delicious. just enough late bitterness for it to still kind of fit the west coast style, but this isnt abrasive or anything, almost drinks like a modern pale ale. great hop profile on this, good quality, recommended. these guys have come in hot to idaho and all of the beers have been good so far!

From a 16oz. can purchased at the beer store.
Very mild on the nose. Rakau, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops according to the brewery. They're calling it tropical, but I disagree. This one is very dry, very floral and herbal. Astringency and bitterness come on strong but quickly fade leaving an orange rind aftertaste. Very good overall.
