Had on tap. Hello is that you Hair of the Dog? Seriously wonderful strong ale. Dark brown with a tan head and thick sheets of lacing. Aromas of molasses, tons of dark fruits, toasted caramel, tobacco, and toast, with general booze in the background. Taste adds earth, light leaf, and cocoa. Feel is medium-heavy bodied, a bit thick for style, chewy, smooth and warm with booze. Feels like a strong ale apprenticeship in the city forming
