Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow color; excellent carbonation; thick, white head, densely packed foam; fat rings and strings of suds cling to the glass. beautiful toasted malt and light fruity ester quality to the nose. The taste builds on the smell; wheat cracker base flavor with a dab of earthy hop bitterness; excellent mineral quality in the flavor. Light to medium-light body; light velvet texture on the tongue; leans towards a mild overall dryness.
This delightful light lager readily pleases the taste buds and nose. It has great eye appeal, too. This is a tasty yet easily crushable beer. Calling it a session beer would very accurate with the added plus of being well-rounded, very balanced, and wonderfully complex in character.

Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 12/8/25. The can’s says it’s 4% ABV.
Appearance: medium straw hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with just a dash of yeastiness. Light, but not bad at all.
Taste: maybe a little bit drier than the aroma, with a light and slightly grainy malt character. A dash of yeastiness and bitterness round it out. Nothing groundbreaking here, but it’s a decent example of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: for a 4% light lager, it has a decent flavor, and is definitely super drinkable.

Pours a clear pale golden with plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. Clean and spritzy with a slight aroma of corn and cereal. Very light, but still has some malt flavor. Toasty and mellow. I wouldn't say there is any hop flavor, but there's a welcome bit of vegetation and faintest bitterness in the aftertaste. Some cereal taste and a modest winey finish. Overall this is an excellent pale Lager in the Utah supermarket ABV realm. Von Ebert does it again. From the 12 oz can purchased down south in Calif. Not dated.

Pours a light clear golden color with a medium foamy white head. Aroma is mild malt, yeast & hops, standard lager. Taste is very good light beer with a lot of flavor. BOD 12-9-2025

Another tasty Von Ebert brew!
Pours as expected, nice and clear. I get a low aroma with some bready notes and a crisp, lightly hopped finish. Don’t mind if I do.

Had on tap. Murky gold body, finger of eggshell white foam, spotted lazy lacing. Smell and taste are clones: pale malts and grains with light lemon, cracker and yeast. Crushable mouthfeel, decently crisp and clean, more malt forward, a bit thin in the body
