Draft at Von Ebert. Crystal clear golden, soft white fluffy head. Fruity aroma with notes of caramel and toffee. Taste is light tropical flavors, fruity, sweet. Full bodied, almost dense, grainy with just light fruity accents.

its been their lagers have that turned me on the most so far, some pretty cool mixed fermentation stuff too, the hoppy beers have been hit or miss, but this one is a hit, gorgeously fresh from the keg, frothy headed and distinct on the aroma, an almost noble thing going on, bitter and grassy, west coast oily and pine aroma behind that, interwoven is mango and sweet orange character, a little bit of everything here, bold but refined at the same time, and it smells clean and simple on the malt side too, nice to see a more minimal and clear base, pils malt vibes to me, pale two row, its just basic but thats all thats needed for these hops. the flavor is similar to the nose, clean on the ferment, not green or overly dry hopped, which we have encountered with some of their others, and bright in hop complexion, tangerine, mowed lawn, kumquat, white peach, floral honey, moderate bitterness on the swallow and quite dry. high carbonation makes it refreshing and its lighter in feel overall than it tastes, pretty bold palate but a ripper in terms of texture. really well refined and sort of timeless, modern and classic at the same time, warms up well, overall a half step better than most of the other hoppy ones i have had from them so far...

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear light orange with a dense, white head with spectacular retention and nice lacing. The nose is soft, tropical and fruity with watermelon, papaya, and a touch some gunpowder/diesel smoke. The palate opens thin and fruity with melon, papaya, mango, mild bitterness with a blend of smoke and diesel notes. Drying, bitter, thin, a hair watery on the finish, along with a little boozy harshness. The burning notes are unwelcome, but otherwise, this is solid.
