16oz can of one of the 2024 Mosaic variant (apparently there's one with Strata, with both featuring the same can label) with "Batch P-2311" stamped on the bottom, along with a canning date, which is September 18, 2024. Purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA, for $5.19.

Poured into a 16oz Moonshot Brewing glass, this was a clear golden amber, with many tiny bubbles to be seen arcing skyward. Big, creamy and sudsy bone-white head, leaving lots of sticky lace.

Relatively subdued hop aroma. Citrusy, but not strongly so, with a bit of blueberry type aroma.

Fairly mellow in the flavor department as well. Taste points towards general citrus and tropical fruit flavor. Finishes rather cleanly.

Medium bodied, with a surprisingly soft finish for something that's clearly not a hazy.

Spectacular looking and easy drinking stuff, quite pleasant, yet rather indistinct. Perhaps that's due to it being nearly a month out.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours medium golden amber with a three finger white head with great retention and healthy lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, orange, grapefruit, light mixed tropical fruit, particularly mango. Flavor is pale malt with a touch of caramel, citrus and piney hops, orange, grapefruit, light pine and mild mixed tropical fruit with a touch of dankness. Solid citrus rind and pine resin in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. I nice West Coast style fresh hop that has a lot of the base Volatile Substance IPA, but with a lot more herbal character in the aroma and a bit more in the taste. I liked the original and this one gives it the expected fresh hop brightness. Enjoyable. This is on of the more transparent fresh hops I've had this year with almost no haze. Don't know the hops used, but it's a nice hop bill.

On tap at Von Eberts. Had this right after the regular Volatile. Same taste, just more! Better lacing - ?
Hops really come through-obviously!
Overall just as good. Depends on what you’re in the mood for.

On tap at the source.

This is a whole another level of fantastic, especially trying it side by side with the regular. It is so saturated with fresh hops, with citrus, mango, mild papaya. Tangerine , floral honey, clean, snappy, oily, saturated, just brilliant. The mouthfeel is everything a fresh hop beer should be. Oily, soft, saturated but not particularly aggressive. Just fabulous.
