Another entry into our family of Italian-style Pilsners, this beer was brewed with Weyermann Eraclea Pils malt (an Italian-grown malt) and hopped exclusively with Hallertau Hersbrucker. While our other Italian-style Pilsners utilize newer varieties of Continental hops (French-grown Barbe Rouge in Pierre Le Chat and Slovenian-grown Cardinal in Agostini), we decided to go back to the basics and use one of the classic German noble varieties 100% in both the hot side and dry-hop.

"Lombardy" refers to the region in Italy where the original Italian Pils, Tipo Pils from Birrificio Italiano, was first produced.

Our beer has notes of blueberry, jasmine, and honeysuckle

Taster flight at Von Ebert. Clear golden pour, thin white creamy head, lacing . Light biscuity, grainy aroma. Taste is malty and dry, chalky feel. Tasty, smooth, refreshing.
