From the Von Ebert Brewing website: We wanted to create a juicier and more tropical hazy IPA. We used Riwaka and Sultana hotside to create big bold tropical notes of passionfruit and pineapple. Then added Nelson, Citra and a touch of Riwaka in the dryhop to add diesel and more tropical notes to the nose.
