Dark yellow brew with adequate foam in the chalice. Lively carbonation with a malty body. Aromatic with lemon-lime soda. The taste is very fruity with sharp citrus and pineapple. Some sweetness to start and a rather bitter aftertaste. This is more strongly hopped than the Stoup Simcoe Studies I had a couple days ago. Overall this is a bright and spritzy and very hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 6/5/24.
