"This is a collaboration beer with Topaz Farm, located on Sauvie Island, right outside Portland. This is a light, crisp, and sessionable IPA that will be perfect for the hot months with notes of pine, orange peel, and grapefruit."

Look: Light copper and nearly clear with a sudsy head that settles to a lid, leaving rings of lacing behind
Aroma: Pink and white grapefruit, pine, navel orange, skunky and fruity Cannabis, light sweet onion, boysenberries, and bready malt
Taste: Grapefruit flesh, juice and rind jump start the journey with a bang, coming on strong before settling down and deepening. Pine sap, crushed needles, and Cannabis kick off the second act as some sweet onion and berry notes dance in the backdrop, all atop a nice, bready malt base. Closes with orange, grapefruit, pine, and dank, along with a good bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish
Overall: This is a fantastic beer. I’ll be honest, I was drawn to this because of the can art with its multicolored background and cool Praying Mantis but knew nothing about the beer itself but my instincts served me well as this is a tasty WCIPA. There must be Simcoe in it as it drinks and smells like it uses them and the flavor/aroma components showed very well throughout. All in all, a killer beer and one definitely worth seeking out
