L - proper Pils carbonation for minutes and minutes on end, decent lacing, great head that creamed up like an ice cream cone.
S - Fantastic cut-bitter grass biscuits and cracker notes; just notes of a field of bread, great stuff here. almost a medicinal herb not and some lemon zest. Sharp!
T - Maybe one of the better pilsners I've had in 4-5 years; clean, crisp, refreshing, complex but direct. Delicious light bread grain notes, over top of that bitter grass presence which gives this real character, and a delicate oyster cracker hint with that last of the lemon hint.
F - fantastic palate impact and balance, deftly made, not sweet, not too dry, just right. Woof, this is great.
O - one of the better Pils of the last few years; I don't drink a TON of them, but few impress me like this one did.

Canned 5 weeks ago. Probably the most refreshing beer I’ve ever had the pleasure. Incredible mouthfeel. The combination of hops is perfect, with a wonderful malt base.

Clear, clean pour -- very pretty indeed. A slight aroma of biscuits and a bouquet of flowers float up from a finger or so of whitehead. Taste is a heavenly combo of malts with just a hint of hop bitterness. Feel is remarkably smooth and mouth - filling in a good way. Long finish with clean ending. Just 5% ABV. A great collaboration.
