Von Ebert picked the right partner for this 7th anniversary collaboration.
Just the right amount of lacing in the glass. A ripe fruity whiff and then a tropical fruity explosion on the palate.
Happy anniversary!

Look: Pale yellow on the pour with a sudsy head that settles slowly to a lid and leaves a ring of lacing behind
Aroma: Strawberries, pink grapefruit, tangelos, some passionfruit, fruity Cannabis, ripe guava, and bready malt
Taste: Opens up with a lovely tropical fruit blend of passionfruit and guava that strike on their own and then blend together and deepen. Citrus fruit and strawberries come next and go back and forth with tropical fruit throughout the middle as dank swirls around in the background. Closes with tropical fruit, strawberry, and a nice but light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth on the finish with little to no dryness detectable
Overall: This is some good stuff. This caught my eye recently as I was on the hunt for hoppy beer and this looked new, plus I spotted the notation that it is a collab with Russian River – ‘nuff said, I’m in. It’s tasty and well-made with an interesting blend of hops that being a lot of tropical fruit to the table, but enough citrus to not be a full-on tropical tasting IPA. Delicious and worth checking out
